Yeah, the bad thing is that items being changed around along with enemies, and the rumor has it that petrified enemies will block a few more areas and that new rooms inside sone areas seem to be a thing now. Plus the darker lighting will be nice but i sure as heck expect the light spell and the hollows with torches to be around in early game so i can farm em. <.< i has dah fearz fo da dark. \[T]/

Its gonna be awsome. The more they tweak to better. I for one am playing the 1st game to hold my appetite as when i buy it all over i want it to be as fresh as possible

I heared the shadow crow assassins will be creeping about in no man warf <w< oh goodie, nothing better then walking with a torch (without shield prottection) in a retweaked dark place where really fast almost glitchy move looking enemies can pop out at any moment. Im gonna LOVE no mans warf and its new bird community walking around. *Sobs in a fetal position near corner*

How is any of that bad? The best part about dark souls is discovery. I still go back to the first one for challenge runs(some are simply not possible in ds2) and I still learn new things. I think DS2 lacked a lot and this might fix it.

Edited by psycho joe: 2/16/2015 2:07:24 AMMe too but... many guides will have to be remade and i fear getting certain weapons i like might be put a bit more into the late part of the story, for example, we know the flame longsword aint all that great but it might be put in iron keep, or the heide knights wich are apperently being changed to different places too, i want my heide sword that early... :/ idk maybe its personal preffrence. I do want to experiance this revampt experiance tho. :D ima prepare to die! Oh boy!

That's the spirit! I understand some of the frustrations, that heide sword was key to some of my runs. I hope with all this changing stuff they remove SM or just keep it on NG and go by soul level on any NG+, after all the system was made to prevent twinks from pwning newbs.

I forgot how much I loved rag doll then I went to blightown to farm slugs, I barely tapped a dead one and it flew 20 feet in the air.
