Spent 120 marks I needed for mats, for a legendary helm to upgrade other pieces of armor, tired of carrying around a rare piece. Before leaving the tower, I ranked up the cryptarch and received a legendary helm that gives me health when I pick up orbs. Basically I spent 120 marks for 2 ascendant shards I didn't need.
