Actually yeah I'm missing ghost fragment Cabal 3 and fallen 4. I should've gotten the ghost hunter grimoires card after 50 but I have all 68. Totally weird. Maybe the system is bugged.

I don't know what you're talking about. Did you go to the link I gave you? It shows you what grimoire cards you're missing. Destinydatabase.com shows you have all the ghosts. Destinyghosthunter.net shows you have all the ghosts. You're not missing any ghosts. The only thing I can think of, is you're looking at your missing grimoire cards on Bungies website/app under fallen and cabal enemies. Those cards you're missing, however next to received ghost cards, are not missing ghost cards. You are missing the House of Wolves card from Fallen, and Siege Dancers from cabal. Does that make sense?
