Everytime you finish the game you'll get the option to restart it. The cool thing about it is that you keep your level and all your stuff (you actually have to go into NG+3 in order to get every weapon in the game). But everytime you go into NG+ all the enemies get a lot more health and get a lot more damage. This makes the game after NG+3 really challenging which is amazing ^^
