Do you Like/Prefer RNG (over other reward systems)?
[b]The Poll Options Explained:[/b]
1) [b]PURE RNG[/b]: I prefer the Pure RNG system for Rewards (i.e. Destiny)
2) [b]RELATIVE ACHIEVEMENT RNG W PROBABILITY TIERS[/b]: I prefer a system based on RNG, BUT where the reward class or probability-of-successful-acquisition is relative and based on achievement. For example, a Stike team of three players has the top performer on the team RNG for Legendary or exotic with high odds of success, The second performer RNG for Legendary only with moderate odds, the Lowest performer RNG with the worst chances of success for either Legendary or Rare.
3) [b]PURE TASK SPECIFIC REWARD SYSTEM[/b]: I prefer a non-RNG pure Task-Specific approach to Rewards. For example, everyone that completes Raid-X gets Weapon X. Everyone that defeats boss -A gets Armour-A... etc.

Destiny rewards are unfair, bad players can get drops they don't deserve

D3 post Loot2.0 or WoW style. Then again best shoulders I ever had in D3 were rare crafted. They actually rolled better for my build than most legendaries.

my favorite would be like the exotic bounties like kill this boss or complete 3 strikes without dying just with a lot more steps.

I remember before Destiny came out they said something about completing tasks for exotics Well i know theres exotic bounties but i think that thorn was meant to be found in Charlemagnes vault? Anyone remember this or confirm this? Same thing with red death or p&t(was called closing time at the moment)

I like monster hunting genre aystems. It's rng but controlled rng. Like X boss has a specific loot table and has a chance at several things. The higher tier or rarity the item the lower the probability of the drop. Destiny does it in the raids but fails to do this anywhere else. What destiny does in the raids is how it should be throughout the game. Like the other games in the genre. I'm not talking about the fps genre. I mean the mmo rpg side of it. You know, because destiny wants to be a quasi rpg mmo thing.

I like Borderlands loot system, certain bosses drop certain items, that game has me farming for days

The loot system in Borderlands is (in my opinion) was the best of any game I've ever played. Gave you good rewards, but still required a grind.

I liked the WoW loot systems. Raid area A and have a chance on this set of loot. Area B would have a totally different set. Plus there would be more than just one set of max lvl gear.

There are set rewards in Destiny though. You get ascendant materials from the daily story, strange coins from the weekly heroic and legendary-tier or higher items from raids

Don't really care anymore I pretty much have or had every piece except for a slim few once you get to this point it's just night falls, Croat raids, atheon, and gorgon chest
