Darth maul. It took two obi wan AND qui gon (I know I butchered his name and I'm sorry) to kill him and grevious' little bitch ass was killed by obi wan alone. He's more for looks, darth maul got shit done.

Problem is, by the time we see Greivous in action, he's already pretty badly messed up. In his prime, it'd probably be either his win or a draw. Plus, Obi-Wan only came out of that fight the winner due to luck.
