I am gay. I am solemnly asking for all opinions. I don't care if your against gays or homosexuality, I just really want to hear all your opinions. My entire family is against gays because they are Christian so I'm pretty much screwed in life

Im straight but some of the coolest people I've met are gay, and I love them no matter what. Careless what others think, the only approval you need is your own. After all they will never face your challenges for you, or ever walk in your shoes, so who is anyone else to say what you should do. This is your life, live it up my friend

I believe that whatever people claim as proof they have that we should condemn homosexuality, it all means nothing compared to this: [i]Love your neighbour.[/i] If Jesus would be walking around in a city today, he wouldn't walk into the church to go to "good" people. He would go out, grab drinks with gays, sinners, -blam!--ups, and criminals. Even on a sunday. Because if that's what it takes to get someone to know the love of the Father, he'll do so. One of my good friends is gay. And I still see him as the same person. Nothing hurts me more than seeing "Christians" hating on other people, while we should be the ones spreading love and acceptance. I am sorry if Christians have caused you any pain.

I had a friend for a long time who I never knew was gay. never would have guessed. so right there it's fine for me. I mean straight guys don't show off our six packs and make kissing noises whenever an attractive girl walks by you know? but there are some gays that like to be very loud?i guess about their sexuality that can be a little annoying at times. especially at work because they like to throw their sexuality as defense whenever they can hahaha. they can get just a tad bit annoying. funny and happy guys though.

There's really nothing wrong with homosexuality as long as it's your preference. I don't judge someone based by life choices but the kind of person they actually are. If someone prefers someone of the same gender then good for them. I was taught growing up that it was a sin like many but when I look at it I've met people who are homosexual and they seem like anyone else I'd meet in life

Honestly, I think that people should worry about themselves. If a person wants to be gay, let them! If they don't, that's fine too! Life is about choices, and people should be free to make their own without having people on their ass about it. Good for you! Stand up for your rights and the free choice of others!

My mom is super conservative and while I'm not gay, I have to argue with her when she says that homosexuality is sick or gross. I use biblical terms, saying that Jesus came to rewrite the Old Testament. Then I quote Acts 10:15 at her. Sometimes works. I vote be happy.

I'm alright with gays, because to me they are just people too. I used to have this thing growing up where I thought I should be against them because it is a "sin", however as I grew older I thought more and more for myself on the issue. To me, it is more proper to judge a person on their character rather than what their partner's equipment entails.
