I can confirm that you can't. After TDB came out I rerolled my 300 purin fire. It was still 300. Don't waste your motes on trying to get a higher base damage

It's sad... I don't want to grind it again nor grind the gheleon's demise a second time... Took too long even if these gun are great.

Unfortunately not, you will lose all the upgrades, and it won't be 331 for some reason, probably due to them wanting more grinding and not wanting a ton of 331 Jolder's Hammer running around. I loved my 300 lash... So glad I did the grind for the 331 last time.
