I have nothing but empathy for gay people. I know what it is like to be discriminated against and I know that gay people have it much worse. Good news is that more and more people are starting to accept that it's a totally natural part of being a mammal species. Science has shown that nearly 10% of all mammals are homosexual. It's partly genetic but it is more about the way the brain developes as a fetus. Neuroscientists have learned that in most gay people, a certain part of the brain is more developed than in others. Anyone can look up these studies. It's simply about biology, really. Anyone who thinks it has anything to do with morals just isn't paying attention to facts. They are told that lifestyle is wrong because of ancient religious ideology. Depending on where you live, chances are pretty good that you could find a great group of friends who will support you. They can function as your new family. Just know that you are not alone. There are tens of millions of gay people in the US. You are not screwed in life.
