Agree that it's among the rarest cuz Xur hasn't sold it. Keep in mind that just cuz you don't see it a lot doesn't mean it's rare. Could mean that it sucks ballz and nobody who has it showcases it.

Yup, I think that's its hidden perk. Kinda like how thorns bullets act like armor piercing rounds, even though that perk isn't available for it.
