Anything not sold yet by Xur would be the rarest. Assuming all drop rates are equal.
PS exclusives win by technicality cuz they're not available to all Destiny players.

Never sold it. Memory deceives us after so many items over so long. I thought he did too but alas, someone has been keeping track since the launch and my memory was wrong too.

You might wanna re check on that, he has never sold the skull of dire. You most likely got it from an exotic engram and that doesn't count.

Nechro has a bad reputation. I was playing with two guys earlier who said "waste of an exotic" and "it's terrible" but neither of them had it!! I have it and I like it and I'm proud of it. Yes it's rare but no one cares because they all think it sucks. Honestly hard light is pretty rare. As are the rest of the items you've mentioned

I have a friend who's gotten 2 cruxes and hasn't even upgraded a husk of the pit. He dismantled one of the cruxes, you don't get anything for it.

I'm pretty sure I've seen him sell all of those. The only one I'm less sure is Skull of DA.

There's a website. Just google destiny Xur. It shows what he has sold and what he hasn't. Breaks it down by week from launch of the game, exactly what he sold. For sure all those items I listed except Helm of Inmost Light (mistake on my part) have not been sold.

I've seen many people use thunderlord so I wouldn't consider it rare. Pocket infinity seems rare to me

I used to consider it rare, having played since launch and never getting one.. that is until I got 3 in one week 2 weeks ago.

Statistically Thunderlord is among the rarest, assuming all exotics are weighted the same when it comes to drop rates. Never sold by Xur.
