Every single time I level up my dead orbit and don't get a shader. It's not like I'm rank 33 or anything.. Oh wait I am.

Level 18 and I've gotten two boots and two shotguns with terrible rolls. 18!! Rest are all shards. Yea I want the shaders. But cmon. Give me something at least!
