Hard light is pretty damn rare, I've only ever played with one other person besides myself that has it.

The weapon isn't that good, that's why. It's a weapon to collect dust in a vault

I got that in a crucible drop. Unfortunately I was playing on my friends' profile while I was hanging at his place and dint feel like logging into my profile. *Forehead Smack!*

No-one can stand the sound of it so gets vaulted - it's fun for a few hours

The sound wasn't what killed it for me. It was the weird graphics glitch where my bullets would be kind of delayed and would be coming out of thin air next to my gun if I was firing while moving. I found it to be kind of disorienting and threw it in the vault.

I got it last week from Atheon normal. But yeah, it's not that great. Cool looking weapon but has a really bad bounce to it. Even with stability mods.

I have it. Its not that great though. Its a middle ground between Suros and Monte Carlo, but not as good as either.
