Well, the thing with Europa and Titan is that they are solid. The Traveler may have had terraforming capacities, but as far as to solidify a gas planet? Seems unlikely.

Not counting the rings and core (which suffers pressures too extreme for anything to retaiun shape or life), Saturn is 95% hydrogen and 5% helium, while Jupiter´s core is only halfway solid due to the extreme compression of the gasses inside. Who are you calling an idiot, exactly?
