True but from my experience (5 vex, 5 FB, 3 timepiece, 2 from the same drop I might add) the foil is just so much rarer than any others.
I rarely see anyone use it either (same can be said of the timepiece but that's trash, even more now due to the edict).

I had 5 foils they poop dismantled all and timepiece and I kept all 3 fatebringer

Its the only weapon I need from vog (was trying to get 3 of all for my chars and was only them, 1 sniper and 1 corrective short but impossible with the lack if space lol)
