I think this sums up No Land Beyond quite well.

And just in case ..
[u]Why No Land Beyond is worse than Necrochasm:[/u]
-God awful reloading time, it feels shorter if you melee the air right after shooting it.
-The sight, nothing like having a fourth of your screen blocked by an iron sight.
-Ammo, this weapon is one of the few things that can make you say 'I'm out of primary ammo'.
-It takes up an exotic slot AND the primary slot, hope you have a decent Fusion Rifle, ye scrub.
-No class., not even swag, not even sweg! Sure it looks good on your back but who wants to walk around the tower THAT on your back and have other guardians laugh, your dinklebot would highly disapprove.
-No bragging rights, if you have Necrochasm you know what you had to go through, I imagine it was like trying to find a four leaf clover in the middle of the Sahara Desert. At least you can say 'Look what RNGesus let me have!'
-Lastly, no Michael Bay thrall explosions! I bet he's already working on another exotic and won't buff Necrochasm because he's busy with it.

I used the No Land Beyond once. I managed to tickle a hive knight a bit with it, but my friend killed it before I could fire the next shot. Then I got kicked for inactivity while I was reloading it.

Just because players can't use NLB, doesn't make it a bad weapon. So, it doesn't have the qualities or perks [i]you[/i] like, doesn't mean other people don't like it. It's not the worst exotic out there, no exotic is bad.

2 RepliesI'm not denying that the NLB is a bad weapon, BUT it is one of my favorite weapons because there is NOTHING in this game more satisfying than shooting someone in the head with it in the crucible. I could go 10 kills 30 deaths with the NLB and feel like I had a great game.

NLB has its uses unlike nechrochasm. Use it to empty your clips before touching the crystal.

NLB is a freakin blast in the crucible, its that much more rewarding cause you know guys are like "oh wtf! he killed me with NLB?!?!"
