Is buying Exotics from Xur "Earning" them?
If you voted yes, no, or kinda, comment below why or why not it is or is not "earning". After seeing so much controversy on this subject I want to see what some people have to say, you are all entitled to your opinions so have at it Guardians!!!

I play the weekly heroic which is always a guaranteed 9 coins. I earned those coins. A few weeks later I now have 23 coins and Xur is selling an exotic primary I really want. I earned those 23 coins playing 3 weeks of weekly heroic. Ergo I earned that gun he was selling. Sitting AFK in ROC Playlist and getting an exotic drop is not earning. That's luck. I would even argue getting exotics after beating a raid boss isn't earning since it's not 100% guaranteed. But since some people play the raids multiple times a week for months and get nothing then finally get one is a way of earning. Universal Remote dropped for me in crucible. I didn't earn that. I was 4th on my team with a 1.4kd. Top player got nothing. That was stupid luck that I didn't earn. Xur sold The Last Word a couple of weeks ago. I had the coins saved up from weekly heroics. I bought it. That I earned
