I think he's saying if your team is holding two points, say B&C on Shores of Time, don't go capping A because it screws up enemy spawn and ultimately screws the match.
It's very tactical, so going against the reasoning is saying something about yourself.

i don't wanna start this argument over again, i agree that it is more convenient to hold 2 points, but keep in mind also that its not possible for both teams to hold 2 points at the same time, and if your team only has one, you're probably going to take ANY of the remaining two regardless of whether its A, B or C, so the spawn-flip will eventually happen in nearly every game ;)

That's not the problem though. If you're the losing team, take either, if you're the winning team, hold two points. Just don't try to grab all three.
