Because hunters steal stuff from warlocks (like blink) and in the destiny lore hunters are kinda dicks

Warlocks stole Blink from Hunters, the first time we see blink used is by a Hunter, from the live action trailer before the game released. [spoiler]That trailer would've made a better game than what we got now.[/spoiler]

If you know any game lore though, warlocks learned blink from the ahamkara and taught it to hunters later on
