Warlocks stole Blink from Hunters, the first time we see blink used is by a Hunter, from the live action trailer before the game released.
[spoiler]That trailer would've made a better game than what we got now.[/spoiler]

If you know any game lore though, warlocks learned blink from the ahamkara and taught it to hunters later on
