i've been playing Destiny daily almost ever since i purchased it. i'm wondering if i decide to take a break, say for a week or so, would the game start throwing me the weapons and armor i want or need for 32 finally? definitely found myself contemplating a break lately...

I took a break for 48 hours and the game threw Gjallarhorn, a second Vex and three of four Crota raid armor pieces at me... including the helmet! Plus an additional No Land Beyond aka exotic shard.

I took over a week off on holiday, came back and got 3 exotics from doing the nightfall 3 times. Hadn't had an exotic drop 6 times before that.
