After a 2-3 week break last fall I got my first Vex.... Not even 2-3 weeks later my second. Ive gotten all 3 of my Icebreakers and Suros' as duplicate drops. Just the same as my Universal Remotes. I've always felt that that's how the system worked.

Just think about it a sec. You "unlock" legendary gear at lvl 18. After that we grind until you get/buy your first piece/gun and then we can't even equip it until lvl 20. I think the game is coded so that you have a higher probability to get the same drops. My brother got Truth as his very first exotic when I took him through the VoG. He dismantled it and got it again 2 weeks later....
