But it truly is the way the game works. It's the entire system that Destiny is based upon. Listen, i'm really not trying to be rude or anything of the sort, as i feel it may sound like i am... Just trying to explain; every reward in Destiny is completely up to RNG. Whether it be the engrams you receive from a Strike, or the end reward drops from a Raid. The game's system does a type of "dice roll" and whatever it lands on is what you receive. Even down to things like decrypting your engrams from the Cryptarch. You turn in your engram and it does the "dice roll" and rewards you with whatever item you receive. This is pretty basic knowledge of the game's reward system. Haven't you noticed how everything everyone talks about when speaking of rewards always refers to RNG/RNGesus? Because that is what determines what reward you'll get. I'm sure there is some info directly from Bungie stating that their reward system is RNG, as i find it almost impossible that the community has just all decided that it must be RNG. The info is out there, and the reward system is 100% RNG. If you choose to still believe it does not work this way, give it some more time and you'll realize sooner or later... If there was any other way to receive a reward other than RNG, i'm sure someone would have figured it out by now and know how to work it to their favor. If people can figure out ways to cheese the raids right after they were released, they would surely have figured out the reward system by now. But, alas, it's 100% random.
