There's also the fact he tricked a girl into letting him test out her Gjallarhorn then deleted it also. He's doing it for fun and to hurt people, not to teach anyone a lesson. He deserves to be banned. Personally I don't think the kid should get his stuff back, but Kermit definitely deserves a ban.

Now hun, make sure you include the thesis! You wouldn't want your philosophy professors to take points away for failing to mention how committing unkind acts doesn't deserve to go unpunished.
