Hey did you have an issue with crucible kills rank 2 not unlocking for any of your characters? I rolled a Titan and am at almost 3k kills and the second tier never unlocked but destiny tracker said it did. Also, the wakening, combined arms and sky shock cards all unlocked but never gave me grimoire. Have you also ran into those issues?
