If you love crucible and can land consistent head shots you should scoop this little gem up. Lots of people put this gun down because they complain saying if you miss the first shot you are basically dead because due to the guns bolt action mechanic you can't get the second shot off fast enough. THIS IS EASILY AVOIDABLE. There is a nice little trick with this gun. Right after you take a shot if you reload then instantly sprint it cancels the reload animation and overrides the gun's bolt action CD allowing you to shoot again. You don't have to go into a full sprint you can literally just shoot, hit reload, then instantly tap the sprint button while moving a little. This trick will greatly increase your effectiveness with this gun and make it more than viable if you have good aim. Brings me back to the good ole shotty sniper days of halo.
