Bungie should introduce Weekly and Monthly Bounties. They would need to be appropriately time-consuming for their time limit, and would need to have serious rewards. For Example:
Weekly Bounty - Reclaim Our Lands
Kill 100 Fallen and 100 Hive Majors on Earth
Reward - 10 Motes of Light
- 10 Strange Coins
- 10,000 Glimmer
- 1 Full Reputation Level Gain
Monthly Bounty - Unbreakable Striker
Complete 100 ROC Strikes without Dying
Reward - 15 Motes of Light
- 15 Strange Coins
- 15,000 Glimmer
- 5 Legendary Engrams
- 2 Full Reputation Level Gains
These are just rough numbers to convey the idea.
EDIT: A very valid addition was brought up, suggesting that Weekly and Monthly Crucible Bounties be included as well. I totally support that. ROUGH examples would be:
Weekly Bounty - Well Rounded Victor
Win 5 Rounds of Control, Clash, Skirmish, and Rumble
Rewards - (Equivalent Weekly Reward)
Monthly Bounty - Deadly Streaker
Earn 50 Killstreak Medals, and 5 Streak Medals for each weapon type
Rewards - (Equivalent Monthly Reward)
These would exist alongside the PVE style Weekly / Monthly Bounties to try to include both of the major Destiny communities. OR, to mitigate reward-overload, they could be launched separately every other month, or whatever would balance the system.
Rewards could get more creative than what I have posted, too. They could include ammo synths, weapon telemetries, x-number of class-specific upgrade materials, or whatever. They'd need to be something worth putting in a week's / month's worth of effort.

and a exotic strike ! you can equip all exotic armor and weapon and fight boss after boss in PVP maps , after you win you can either choose to get reward or proceed to next one. And of course , if you lose , you lose what you earned

The only problem i have with this is the number of afk players we'll encounter in roc strikes as people try to stay alive through 100 games. If destiny finds a way to deal with this I think everything you said would be great additions to the game.

~3-4 Roc strikes a day without dying is pushing it a bit, I'd say just 100 straight up Roc strikes with maybe something else attached would be way more reasonable. Even then, who honestly wants to do that many strikes in a month? I do like the concept of weekly/monthly strikes, even if the bounties themselves need a bit of tweaking. That's something that should be left to Bungie anyway, great idea.

This would be the best!!!!1! I think there should also be like an hourly quest by the vabgaurd to go kill a mini boss. rewards would be low, rep, marks, materials.

I'd probably drop the number of strikes required as that is a massive number. The marks earned would buy a few legendarys and you would hit the cap repeatedly and that would be without including the ones where you died. My suggestion would be to drop the cap to 50, and that the bounty would sit in the mission items part of inventory rather than valuable bounty space. Also that the bounty should work with the DLC or non-dlc playlists.
