You will probably like angel beats has a great concept and art. And is only 12 episodes long with a good ending.

Well if you don't give it a shot you'll definitely be sorry. It's one of the first few I watched when I first started getting into anime and its a masterpiece imo. It's also from 2006 but the art style and animation is way ahead of its time. It's concept and plot are really great too. I really suggest you looking it up. I have seen over 200+ series and have watched anime since I was a kid. And this ones in my top 20 so trust me. ;P
