I just got a Timur's Lash with:
Return to Sender
Field Scout
Third Eye
Re-roll?

Depends on your mote situation but I would reroll until you get outlaw+field scout. Unfortunately return to sender is only a 5% chance which is way to low.

My last Lash had Return to sender and it definitely procced more than 5% of the time. More like 25%.
