It may be but since I do not spend any time there strength is horrible and not a stat I want on my best or second best character. I do have it on my worst level 32 Warlock and he is weak for a reason. lol

Thats why I said pvp. For pve any other exotic is better and of course intellect and discipline are the priority in both subclasses
