Perk:
Claws: Increases melee damage and speed by 5%.
Pounce: Toggles Pounce on or off. (Unlocks when you get Pounce)
Exotic Perk: Pounce: Replace your ability with Pounce.
Pounce: When jumping, you drop down on your enemy. If enemy survives, it slows them down for 10 seconds.
What It Looks Like: A gauntlet that has claws on the finger tips. The arms are also furry like a cat. The hand looks like a paw.

I bump this but could it have a more I dunno scary name, like tigers claws or Honey Badger Claws

One thing that might be cool is that if a melee ability kills give invisibility. It just seems like the exotic needs a bit more.
