Wanted to ask same question got spray and pray and final round does bonus dmg roll. Sights and other perks average apart from flared magwell which not sure stacks with spray and pray. Also seems underwhelming in pvp due to rof. Anyone have any thoughts ?

The gun hits like a hammer. Two headshot kill in PvP, and Final Round makes it a one headshot kill. Flared Mag pairs perfect with Final Round. It has a slow rate of fire because it does a lot of damage. Hawkmoon is the exotic cousin of this gun.

What this guy said is exactly right. It does fire slow compared to some hand cannons like the Fatebringer, but if it had a higher rof it would be seriously OP.
