Bruh, Luigi in the GameCube version of smash. Wrecking with his side dash "missle-esque" move was hilarious and satisfying. I think him to be a character not a lot take seriously that is actually possessive of a bit of Lethality if used correctly.

Melee Luigi still has the same effect on his up-b. He also has a wicked wavedash in melee so he's better in there.
