You got the lotto winner there. That would normally take me all my motes of light this Iron Banner and some the next one to get. You can swap the Field Scout in as needed for PVE or just keep it with the small mag to take advantage of the higher percentage Luck in the Chamber round. I would go with Outlaw/Flared Magwell and Luck in the Chamber for PVP - not sure if Outlaw and Flared Magwell stack for reloads, but even if they don't you are going to be a reload monster with a perfect mini-Hawkmoon on your hands. The only thing a confident and accurate hand cannon user might prefer in the middle tree would be something like hammer forged/send-it to bump the range.
