Also the current chests are:
1. After opening the door to the raid
2. Spirit Bloom chest
3. After stopping the Templar from Teleporting
4&5. Inside the Gorgon's Labyrinth
6. Would have to be after the Labyrinth either the jumping puzzle area or the vault.

I wouldn't call the spirit bloom chest a raid chest because it is just a regular chest so maybe it activates a timer for a door or something of the sorts but this is just a guess
