Correction it can 2 shot low levels in iron banner but that's it without the perks

I just played a few matches on IB and was getting 2 shot head shots on some 32s. I even went to Crucible and same results

This could be true. Didn't get the chance to go 1 on 1 with a Titan

I have and I'll say it again without a extra damage perk it cannot 2 shot kill your roll is good but cannot 2 shot kill it's impossible with those perks
