Hey I got timurs lash and I re rolled it and got kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo directly to the magazine and one random bullet in the magazine causes considerable bonus damage is that good or should I re roll it?

If you have notes to spare a perfect roll would be outlaw, with field scout or explosive rounds, and crowd control

You want outlaw or spray prayer for the first perk The middle row isn't too important. I go for explosive rounds/ field scout/ send it they all work The last perk should be crowd control or luck in the chamber imo ( I've thought hard about third eye)
