Has anyone thought that this may be just a huge trolling effort by Bungie....don't get me wrong I enjoy this game a lot and play everyday but it just seems like a hoax to me.

Bungie has done this type of hidden Easter egg before. Look up how to unlock the IWHBYD skull on Halo 3 if you don't believe me.

Oh yeah. Most of destiny I think is a bungie troll. Xur. Cryptarch. Gun engrams even ever becoming something that's not a fun legendary postmaster packages wonky hour legendaries ever. Yep. I've thought maybe shit is just pointless. Like the jumping puzzle gate. That said they put a lot of effort to make it reachable.
