Praetorian Foil. Why does no one use it? Will you use it comw HoW?
Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

I pull it out in hard VoG runs where it seems people nowadays don't value oracle disruptor as much as they should. It does mean that I have to backpack my black hammer, but if that means we can actually clear teleports, that's how it's going to be.

I still use it for oracles its absolutely a monster for vog.

its only good for oracles at atheon. i've tried it against other enemies at various locations and levels and it just sucks. Murmur is a far better fusion rifle. its only true calling is one shoting oracles.

Just ranked mine up to 300 Gona run in in vog today, really want to see how it handles against the oracles. If it's meh I'll just go back to using my 331 solar final rest 2.

I use it. It's above average because of impact but the 300 damage is the problem. The VOG weapons are fun to use. Too bad they didn't upgrade after the dlc.

Long charge time in comparison to other fusion rifles is my guess.

9 RepliesPve or PvP? Foil is a very rare drop for 1. Also, it is a beast for oracles, but super good advice is the go to at atheon so black hammer can be used. PvP I've been shying away from fusions to learn how to be a sliding shotgun prick lol

I didn't have it before yesterday. I had on of the best runs ever in VoG yesterday. In ONE run I got Praetorian Foil, Timepiece, Found Verdict AND MIDA Multi-tool. You can tell me that I was surprised as shit! But very very happy cause Foil is probably the rarest drop in the game :) Only need Fatebringer and P Revenge now and it is complete.

The praetorian foil is one of my favorite weapons overall. It's extremely versatile for a fusion rifle. Slap accelerated coils on and it's good in crucible too (not sure if it is after the patch) I think the reason not too many people use it is because of how rate it is. It seems to be rarer than the mythoclast. I have two foils, I always keep one on each of my characters
