Innocent until proven guilty.

Actually, that only applies to serious crimes. If you've ever been to traffic court, you'd know innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply.

Since there wasn't a crime commited, he will never be "proven" guilty by his peers. Therefore, in a situation like this, it would be for the reader to make up his/her own mind regarding whether or not he did this.

Your innocent until proven refers to crime. I was just saying it's silly to talk Miranda rights for a situation like this.
