Since there wasn't a crime commited, he will never be "proven" guilty by his peers.
Therefore, in a situation like this, it would be for the reader to make up his/her own mind regarding whether or not he did this.

Not a "crime", of course. This does violate the Playstation Network Terms & Conditions, however. Honestly, I wish this entire topic would stay off the Destiny forums. Enough is enough.
