Yes, it is different, as I've said. But you saying you can roll a normal or hard drop doesn't really have anything to do with what is or what isn't on the hard mode loot table, so it's insignificant.

Both of these sources say it only drops on hard, as hard drops are italicized. Your 40 or more runs without getting it also adds a little weight to this fact, along with how rare it is.

thanks for the link. Apparently I have 24 hard clears, guess it may drop for me some day :) Not worrying about it too much though, I have fatebringer and all the other great weapons from vog, still would be nice to round out my collection though.

Just keep trying. RNG can't be helped so you just have to keep testing it. As for me, I would like that and a Mythoclast. I only have about 5 hard clears, but never got the chest until it was too late, so I know your pain.

ah man, I got vex after like only 3 or 4 hard runs. I think I have had 3 total over my 24 runs. I like vex for PVP, not so much for PVE unless it's a solar burn night fall.
