So apparently "KirmitTHEfrog", the guy who deleted the kid's characters over SharePlay recently, is innocent.

This is already addressed in another post, he's full of shit ...other posts show that he was doing it before the alleged accident. Also he had YouTube videos of him bragging but are deleted now...total bullshit.
