I liked the game. And the blink perk doesn't really affect the stealth enough to ruin the game. If you really want to do a stealth run, try playing the game without killing anyone. It makes the game way more fun stealth wise. Even if you use blink in some cases you might get spotted and you'll end up having people chasing you down. I avoided it most of the time unless I used it for climbing. Idk about you but I'm hoping Bethesda makes a Dishonored 2 because that game was really good imo.
