All of you people are heartless, which I'm not surprised at all about. At first I sided with the kid and was angry for him that he lost his 2 high level characters, and thought Kermit was a real ass. But now that I read this, I truly believe that he is innocent. He suffered trauma in a car accident and you guys are saying he and his mom made this up. The trauma made him unable to work and with all those bills stacked up, the last thing he would want to do is go troll some kid and delete his characters. He just wanted to get extra work done, and rest at home. I have lost progress in multiple games, including MW2 and Battlefront due to kids playing on my Xbox and messing around. I can relate to what he claims because of this. And the worst thing you can say to someone is that you hope they or their family gets cancer or dies. This really is brutal to the guy because he did lose his sister to cancer about 4 years ago. Give the guy a break and stop threatening an innocent man.

Not saying he wasn't in a car accident, may well have been. I mean a friend of mine was in a car accident awhile ago and was playing video games two days later. I haven't posted any hate or abuse, only looked at both side and formed my opinion. I agree threats are wrong but he should be banned. Whether he did it or not, it was his account, therefore he is responsible for all goings on.

No. He is using his sister's death as part of the reason why he deleted people's characters after gaining their trust. Her death if anything should have given him some empathy for his fellow humans but no, he took pride in trolling kids then dragged up his sister's death to try and quell the tide of bitterness towards him. Unforgivable in my mind. The guy is the lowest of the low.

He is not innocent. There is a consistent history of deletion tied to this account. Either he is lying because he got caught, or his "friends" really like to use his account to commit wrongdoings. The account should be banned.

First off if he is a troll as the video suggests this just feeds his trolling ways as now some people "feel sorry" for him so now he would be laughing even harder at doing this getting caught and then having this response. Secondly the dates dont mesh.....the day before his accident was first incident occurred. Your saying that he had a friend who started doing this before he got into an accident? Possible....but not quite as likely. The police report shows nothing.....unless the website confirmed that he is who he claims to be on the police report.....police reports are public records and anyone can obtain a copy. If he is a troll of the magnitude that these story suggest obtaining a PR to use as "evidence" would fit right in with his trollish ways. Lastly...perhaps he is telling the truth. Well how many people argued its the kids own fault but saying its not kirmits fault because someone else was using his account. So let me get this straight the kid gets conned and he is responsible but the adult lets losers use his account and he is not responsible? Does this seem to be a disconnect to anyone else? While I would never wish him dead........a ban for breaking the PSN TOS seems perfectly legit.

Maybe he did commit the first incident, I don't know, but they day of a car accident, seems a little fishy. While certainly he had all the time in the world, he would have had to deal with his head trauma and would likely not be on ps. And yes, unless any evidence is uncovered saying otherwise, I believe his account will be banned

- his troll tactic was being used before his "accident." - he claims he doesn't know who did it, but the person voice is on the video. how do you not know the voice of someone you trust in your home? - he posts videos on his youtube account bragging about his conquest. - the story is too over the top. brings up his "sister's" death. gets in a car accident & is anti-cheating. the whole thing is BS. why does a 23 y/o "man" have a PSN ID named after a children's character? he's human garbage & I hope all the things he lied about really happen.

No it won't change anything at this point, but some people are compulsive liers, others are too embarrassed to admit they have done wrong. There is always a reason, even if it's not rational.
