He is not innocent. There is a consistent history of deletion tied to this account. Either he is lying because he got caught, or his "friends" really like to use his account to commit wrongdoings. The account should be banned.

He is innocent. Just because his friends used his play station account while he was away, doesn't mean he is guilty.
