He did. He got trolled.
Thing is tried to or not. He's a kid. Kids have no sense of morel yet. So he doesn't know what he was doing was wrong. Especially when the "trusted elder" deceives them into thinking is ok to do.
Kid was just being a kid, Kermit is an adult that was being an asshole.
Banning is account doesn't stop him from playing.
Takes 5 mins to make a new one.
So he just has to start over.

Well the game is rated T for Teen so technically he shouldn't be playing it anyway. Also he shouldn't be online without supervision but that's his parents being failures. Doesn't matter if he "knew better" or not. He agreed to the same ToS as you and I and everyone. Was it a harsh lesson? Yes Do I feel bad for him? Not even a little. Serves him right IMHO.
