Don't know if everyone has noticed
But our counter part, the Dames of Destiny who politely mentioned us a few times are the community focus this week!
I think this is awesome.
One thing that was a little disturbing was that they've been around since October and they have 400 members. We have 30,000 now. (Well almost).
Maybe we can start doing some coordinated activities with them. I'm sure there are some dads on here that are not HoDs (husbands of Destiny) and could help the dames out without being rude or making them uncomfortable.
Let's show some support for our sisters of Destiny and help em out. (If they want it, I'm sure they are doing fine, but you know, it's the chivalrous thing to offer)

Edited by F1Cheetor: 2/27/2015 7:09:03 AMMy daughter is my Guardian teammate and she can hold her own really well. Besides, anyone who has or gets outta hand with her, I have just shot! :-) In game of course. Maybe me and her can join in on the fun some time. Give a shout out.

To help them out you can always look at the Safe Gamers clan here (I'm a member of that and enjoy gaming with several of the Dames through that group).

Good for them, I think it's great that the ladies got a group together, and even better that community focus will bring some extra attention to it. My niece used to be a huge gamer but got out of it a couple years ago because of the constant harrasment anytime she played online w/ people. To bad Dames wasn't around probably would have kept her gaming.

Awesome post, I 100% agree with you. They probably don't need our help, and were certainly not asking for it, but id love to jump in and game with anyone who feels exhausted of the community's frequent negativity and questionable behavior, male or female.

Great post, man. I cant say enough about this group as a whole. I will help any guardian out.

Always up to help a fellow guardian, male or female

The irony for me is that I just learned (and joined) DoD through reading the article on Dames of Destiny. You go girls!!!
