I was missing my pre order stuff but all I have to do was re install it. I don't wear it anymore but I still play SSJ4 vegeta as a companion and he still works. Hope you get it figured out.

On the ps4 have you received a notification from Microsoft? Sony sent out a message today about restoring the licenses

I do not believe so..all I've found is that you're supposed to reinstall..

That sucks man if it's any consolation the preorder armor sucks but ss4 vegata is a must have Hope you get it working soon
