Just as an FYI, their information is incomplete. It is possible to get Who's Next in the final perk slot. I know because I have it on mine, along with Spray and Play and Perfect Balance/Field Scout :)
Additionally, the effects of Spray and Play and Who's Next DO stack, so a kill with the final round gives a really, REALLY fast reload speed.
